CorFix™ 180 is a high-efficiency, water-soluble corrosion inhibitor designed for demanding petroleum and petrochemical environments, delivering exceptional protection in wet gas pipeline systems. Its advanced surfactant-driven design promotes strong, persistent film formation across three-phase systems (gas/condensate/water), creating a durable interfacial barrier against aqueous corrosion. A built-in volatile phase further mitigates vapor-space deterioration by promoting protective film formation on metal surfaces exposed to corrosive gases such as CO₂ and H₂S. CorFix™ 180 is fully compatible with MEG and LDHI hydrate inhibitors, does not promote emulsion and foam formation, and is suitable for both continuous and batch treatment methods.
